In fact, security officials were informed to not bother Bieber while he is talking to his infamous heartthrob. Selena is definitely moving up and on her way to number one in the Biebster's heart. On the line of love, apparently whoever said the best things in life are free didn't know what they were talking about, and JBiebs is already on board. Justin dished out a pretty penny buying his damsel in distress a diamond encrusted bracelet AND then having it shipped to her immediately after...if that didn't make her feel like "one less lonely girl" I'm not sure what would.
